About Sinta

Sinta was born from a simple belief - that Filipino food deserves to be celebrated, shared, and savored at every table.

Founded by Chefs Zach and Katrina Panoske - Sinta began as a love story before it became a restaurant concept.

What started as a monthly pop-up series, quickly became one of Milwaukee’s most sought-after dining experiences - selling out month after month before finding its new home.

Today, Sinta holds a culinary residency at Agency Cocktail Lounge, Milwaukee’s James Beard nominated bar, inside the beautifully restored Dubbel Dutch Hotel.

Every dish begins in the Philippines - in tradition, in memory, in the flavors we hold close - and arrives at your table refined, intentional, and alive with story.
