The Surprise Tasting Menu
Once or twice a month, Sinta hosts an intimate 7-course Filipino tasting menu in Agency’s private salon. This is where Sinta lives most fully.
This isn’t your typical dinner out. Set around a communal table, limited to 12 guests per seating, the evening is as much about connection as it is about the dining experience.
Chefs Zach and Katrina step out of the Kitchen to serve you personally, sharing plenty family stories, travels, and Filipino culinary traditions that have inspired each course - with professional precision and a whole lot of heart!
